FAQS

+ What are relationship sessions like?

We start out by getting to know each other and learn about your relationship history. Typically, after the first 1-2 sessions, I will have an individual session with each partner to better understand your individual history and experiences. Then, we get to work on understanding the pattern that you’re in and learning tools and strategies to interrupt and redirect that pattern. I often assign “homework” or exercises to do in between session to practice what we discussed in session.

+ How long does therapy last?

As most therapists will tell you, it depends. Some people feel their issues are resolved fairly quickly, and others benefit from a longer term approach. However, you get out what you put in. If you show up, put the work in, and continue that momentum in between sessions, it is likely that you will see the growth you are hoping for!

+ How long are sessions?

Sessions are 50 min and once per week but may be adjusted once significant progress has been made. We can talk about this together when the time comes.

+ WHAT IS THE INVESTMENT?

Your time and emotional and mental energy. Therapy is no quick fix. It is hard work, but worth the effort. In addition to your hard work, there is also a financial investment.

50 minute sessions are $235
