Bring connection and ease back into your relationship and sex life

Dr. Richelle Dadian, Sex and relationship therapist

Things aren’t as easy and smooth in your relationship as they used to be. You’re feeling disconnected and like you and your partner(s) are on different pages. Sex used to be fun but now it feels awkward and challenging.

Dr. Richelle Dadian, Relationship and Sex Therapist

I’m Richelle and I help partners communicate more effectively, create fulfillment in their sex lives, and feel a deeper connection in their relationships. There are so many tips and tricks for improving sex and relationships, it can be overwhelming. Different things work for different people and different relationships.

You and your relationship(s) are unique and not one-size-fits-all. I help you find strategies and tools that are effective for you and your relationship(s) so you don’t have to rely on generic tips from the internet.

First we examine what patterns have developed between you that have caused you to to feel disconnected.

Then we learn more effective communication tools and how to navigate sexual conversations.

Through our work together you’ll feel lighter in your relationship(s), feel more connected and fulfilled in your sex life and have the tools to navigate the future together.

In my personal time I love traveling and living as a location independent psychologist internationally (currently Germany), to more fully explore and learn about cultures and languages across the whole world! I also love dancing and watching not-so-guilty-pleasure relationship themed reality TV shows!

Communication and intimacy are some of the most important and pivotal aspects of a relationship. When it's not working right, it can feel like the whole relationship is out of wack.

My training and expertise in sex and relationship therapy, including working with those who are a part of the LGBTQIA+, Polyamorous/ethical/consensual non-monogamy/open relationship, and/or kink/BDSM communities, means feeling understood and getting the support you deserve.

It’s nerve-wracking entrusting your relationship(s) to someone you don’t know. What you will find when we work together is that I bring my true self into sessions. I work on ensuring that our relationship feels caring and sincere, with a health dose of humor, so you can trust me to challenge you and care for you every step of the way.
